lacy is 1 dimmensional fighter who can be outboxed without a doubt. he will rate high in super middle, but no he isnt the best. I would even pick allan green to beat him.

I think other than joe and maybe kessler Lacy could beat anyone in the sm division with his power alone. If miranda moves up he'll get ko'd even worse than he did with pavlik as lacy hits harder.

yeah taylor and pavlik will be moving up, the question is when not if

theyd both beat lacy imo, and miranda vs lacy would be a great fight for boxing also
