Witter's not a big name in the US or UK, plus Hatton is not that bothered about an ABC belt.

So why did he fight Urango for the IBF?

        Is Urango a big name?

          lol.
Urango was probably the biggest fight he could have got at that time. He vacated the IBF to fight Castillo, a bigger challenge than his mandatory N'Dou. A fight with Witter wouldn't do business in the US so what's the point. Plus Witter is awful, he won't have that belt after Vivian Harris takes it from him.

He takes fight's with circumstances; Kosta coming off injury and a long lay off, Castillo coming off a long lay off and moving up in weight, Maussa...enough said, Urango...enough said. Why does he not fight people in his weight class that are good, healthy and ready? Like his own countryman...Witter!!! I love to see that fight!!! He dismisses Witter for years and fights Urango? Witter is the WBC Champion I believe.
and I would also like to add that Hatton always calls out Mayweather Jr. when he (Ricky) is fighting someone else.

Can we say somebody needs to use Mayweather's name to help promote his own fight

You think a fight with Juan Urango does more numbers in the US than a fight against the legitmate WBC Champ and a guy whose one loss is to Zab Judah, one of the most well known names in boxing?

Especially when you consider it is a grudge match,

You still think Juan Urango fight does more numbers than that fight?

              I dont think so.

                What "years" is that??

Hatton turned down SEVERAL fight offers from Mayweather in those "years" that you are referring to. He knew, and his father knew, that PBF was in another class.

Hatton WAS never able, and WILL never be able to beat Mayweather. EVER.

He is convinced after Mayweather has left the game and he left the weighclass after being outboxed by Collazo, whatever Hatton.

                    Soz missed this reply, lol.

Mayweather has been Calling dout De La Hoya since 130 lbs.

If Hatton knew he wasnt ready why did he lie and tell the world mayweather ducked him and ran away to 147, and then later admit he was offered the fight and didnt want it?

If he wasnt ready then, when will he be? when mayweather gets old? yep, until then, i doubt he fancies his chances.

What big fights does he want?

You think he really wants De La Hoya? he probably wants de la hoya to come to 140/147 or summin, lol. in reality he's just talking for the sake of talking, he says he wants the big fights, but his actions say otherwise, until the castillo fight, lets see who he fights after if he wins.
