I mean they're just discombobulating. Once again he's small, so taking this into consideration imagine if he was big? lol.

like a Cruiser or some ****. He'd tear Haye and Mormeck's head off with 1 single uppercut in the first round. P4P he hits harder than all of them.
You know.. his brother IS a cruiser, now that I think about it. I wonder if he tears Daniel up in sparring.

It would be worse for guys like me and you because his uppercut would gain momentum on the way up. Lol...

I don't think I'd learn too much from Zab. I'd just feel used and abused. Roy would at least help me on some things. He'd be cool about it.

If there's any boxer that I've ever found intimidating, it's him.

Even moreso than a Tyson or other. Something to do with his violent counter punching style and his ego. Can't really explain it.

So yeah fighting someone you're scared of is good training. I mean I'd think it would do wonders for a confidence level.

Maybe so.. I'd warn his ass beforehand to go easy on me, though. And to actually help my ass... Lol.

I wouldn't want to spar any world level professionals...all of you selecting to do so would definately get knocked the **** out. I'll pass on that.

Shane Mosley or Amir Khan cos both would be human enough to teach you a few things rather than just take your head off.

I think Bernard Hopkins is possibly the smartest fighter around, I'd imagine that a young fighter could learn a lot from him so I'd probably pick him.
Hopkins is now a smart fighter but for that im sure he went through a **** load of beating then he put on the beatings on others.

I've heard Mayweather brings the pain on his sparring partners, Mayweather don't look like he can hit hard but thats because of the way he fights. Hes' not an aggresive fighter.

Guys I'd avoid in sparing................Tyson, Naseem Hamed, Roberto Duran!!!
Ali liked sparring hard too, im sure Holmes can attest to this, as well as did Delahoya you don't become great by sparring with fighters you can man handle. At least not all the time.

Lol, you're probably right but i'd say it all depends on the boxer and if you're trying to make a name for yourself trying to show off against a pro, he'll put you in your place fast. A boxng trainer always used to tell us, "never fear sparring a pro, he knows what he is doing, you're not going to die." But yeah, a pro can really but a hurt on a normal person very easily.

                      wtf?

I heard Shane Mosley was known around L.A gyms for gym wars. But i have no doubt he'd take it easy if he knew he had such an advantage over his sparring partner as Chavez once did to him.
