hoping for a brawl and a KO win for Castillo, but he looked like ass in his last fight.

Castillo's fighting in the wrong weight class, he was leaps better at 135. He is going to get his ass rocked against hatton.

Hatton is 5'6" w/65" reach...Castillo is 5'8" w/69" reach. Hatton fought @ 140 mostly and Castillo @ 130-145. Dont think weight class has much to do here IMO.

Castillo has height and reach advantages and Hatton has age advantage.

Castillo has fought @ higher weights longer than Hatton has too.

I can't see this being lacklustre. Even if Hatton does try to hold a lot he's going to be right in Castillo territory. But Hatton is bigger and stronger and should pull through.

This will be a war. They're both excited about the fight and so should they will likely be in their best shape. Castillo is as McNulty said slightly bigger than Hatton, but Hatton's beaten bigger boxers before.

Castillo is the best boxer Hatton's faced since Kostya, so the result could go either way. It could end in either a stoppage or decision for either. But I think Ricky will probably prevail.

Well Hatton cant hold here in the states...we saw what happened when he tried that against Collazo...he got broken up. You are right about Castillo though regarding holding.

Hatton is not bigger but smaller...didnt you read the stats? his only advantage is age.

I think it will all depend on how sharp Castillo is. If he is really sharp it will be really exciting as he punishes ricky. If he isnt, it will be boring since he wont be able to keep hatton from clinching him all night long.

Oh you're absolutely right, he couldn't hold in the States. Therefore the criticisms he faced after the Urango fight do not apply. In the US the refs don't let you hold, ergo Ricky Hatton didn't hold against Urango.

Hatton is bigger than Castillo. Put it this way: I'm a lt heavy. There's a lightweight at my gym who is taller than I am and has a longer reach. Who is bigger? Hatton is bigger than Castillo in terms of body mass.

I think both guys are going to take this fight very seriously and we should be treated to a great fight. This is the biggest name Hatton has fought since Tszyu and Castillo is looking to get his career back on track vs an undefeated and highly touted fighter.

I'm picking and I'm expecting a good fight. I don't think a KO will happen. If so, I think Hatton will be doin the work.
