Everytime Harrison, Williams, Skelton (and now Sprott has been added to the mix) fight, Frank Warren says that the winner will get a World Title shot (usually WBA) but nothing ever materialises! He's delivered once when Danny Williams got a shot at Vitali Klitschko's WBC Title and Williams was comprehensively crushed! But everytime these guys endlessly fight each other he declares the winner will get a shot and nothing happens and now he's at it again!! Why does he keep doing it and why don't the fighters question why theres no shot?

The only reason williams got the title shot was cos he beat tyson, the only way these guys are gonna get title shots is to fight top international heavyweights.
