Also, Tito has been talking about coming back. I think he's probally washed up but I would still definatly tune in to see a Tito-Pavlick fight. Tito could still possibly be solid, e****ally against a guy who will go toe to toe with him
Unfortunately for Pavlik, he didn't do himself much favours tonight.....
He totally obliterated Miranda and now nobody is going to want a piece of him...
Taylor made it quite obvious that he doesn't want a piece of him and used the $$ thing as a backup..
The other champs (germans) will barely fight a top 10 contender let alone Pavlik......
Its sad, but I think Pavlik is going to have to move up to get a shot at a champ.
If TAYLORS a real champion, he'll take on PAVLIK.
He may not want to, but STEWARD will try to convince him. STEWARD has standards for a champion, and fighting the best AND what the public wants is in those standards. PAVLIK is both
If Taylor doesn't fight Pavlik next, he will be stripped of his WBC title.
That;s the good news (for those who still put any value into alphabet titles).
The bad news - Khevor Gevorgyan is the next highest available challenger.
Miranda is #2, but not sure they would order an immediate rematch for a vacant title. Miranda would probably fight another eliminator and the winner of the vacant title fight, if he wins the eliminator.
Winky is #3, but is fighting Hopkins at 170 lb. in July. Like Taylor, Wink's only interested in fights that put him in a much higher tax bracket. Therefore, Wink-Pavlik is highly improbable.
Gevorgyan is #4, whoever the **** he is.
If #5 Giovanni Lorenzo can be leapfrogged and is willing to fight Pavlik, that's a fight I would be willing to fly just about anywhere in order to attend.
Mora is #6. If he wouldn't fight Taylor for the title for whatever he was offered (anywhere from $750,000 to over $1 million, depending on who you ask), no way in hell he's fighting Pavlik for anything less.
I'd love to see Pavlik-Abraham, or Pavlik-Duddy. I don't believe either will take the fight, unless Kelly agrees to fly to Europe - and fight for free.

so why would pavlik worry about the greenbelt and just go for the bigger money against an hbo backed calzaghe fight stateside. calzaghe would gain statis against #1 pavlik and make more money than against taylor.
