Yes, he did appear to be drugged.

With no proof you can't really say that. Wlad is a class act, but he looked like a whiny little ***** after the fight when he started making all those accusations about being drugged.

No doubt, he did not look like himself. However, I also feel that you should not take anything away from Brewster's gutsy display by throwing around totally unfounded allegations.
