Yeah Forbes isn't bad. I know he lost to Grady Brewer on the Contender Season 2, but he is a past champion and got robbed against D-Hop on the Barrera/Marquez undercard.

His alright on a domestic level but world class no way....

I saw Forbes on the contender and he is ok as far as contender guys go. Better than Manfredo perhaps but that aint saying too much. Hatton needs to be sparring with someone like Hatton to prepare for Castillo because Hatton and Castilo are similar.

You guys are crazy if you dont think Forbes is world class. Dude is a former champ. He is definatly a good fighter. The thing you have to remember about the Contender is that it was basically 2 weight classes more then where he fights at. Look how big Brewer was compared to him. He was by far better then anyone on the Contender.

Still though, Forbes is a totally different fighter then Castillo so I dont know why there sparring together and if Hatton is having wars with him then Hatton still looks like crap because he should be too big & strong for him and he should still be a higher caliber of fighter despite all those good things Ive said. This tells me that 140 is basically Hatton's celing

If forbes was world class he would be up there right now instead of Hatton.
Im not dissing the mans achievements cuz he as done a lot and is a good all round fighter.
But world class he aint..

He came up from 130 and fought guys at 150 during the Contender. The fact that he even made it to the finals proves that he has skills. Like I said before though his only downfall is that he is feather fisted.
