DO you guys like boxing matches over all out wars?

Is there anyone who would prefer a boring boxing type match, lets say a bernard hopkins type fight over a morales-barrera type fight/gatti-ward?

Its good to see two highly skilled fighters boxing and using strategy and all. But man theres nothing like an all out war, as in Hagler/Hearns. Fights like that really get your adrenaline pumping..........Rockin'

I enjoy watching pressure fighters going at it to be honest... Not that i couldn't enjoy watching defensive or tactical fighters. I appreciate that too.

I think watching a pressure fighter means the fight is more exciting because it is more unpredictable and ballistic.

Like what Rockin said, a good explosive bout can get your blood pumping - like with any sport whilst spectating - i wanna be jumping up and down off my seat, cheering, shouting or going "OOOH!" every 10 seconds.

I like watching more of the Sweet Science of boxing. Defense, footwork, head movement, working off the jab, that sort of stuff. It's actually hard to watch a 'war' sometimes, you know both guys careers' will be shortened. Look at Vargas, he was considered finished before 30.

Most people will prefer all out wars but there are some boxers like Hopkins that will mix it up and be entertaining.

Meanwhile boxers like Winky Wright are a bore to watch.

I'm not keen on Winky, but there's entertainment value in watching Mayweather, Barrera or Hopkins. I like to see an all out war but I can't help being thrilled when I see a nifty bit of skill that leaves the other guy looking silly.
