How do you think Morrison vs Rampage would play out?

People act like Rampage is some kind of expert boxer but that's bull****. However, Rampage's best tool in his boxing arsenal is a big left jab that he steps in with. I think this would **** over Morrison. Let's not talk about what would happen on the ground. His standup defense isn't bad, he keeps his hands up and covers the holes properly.

I think Morrison has a 75% chance of beating Chuck Liddell. But I think Rampage would hand him his ass. I don't like how Morrison claimed to be the next big thing in MMA...That was mad ******. After he beats Liddell(IF he beats him) he will be getting called out by all kinds of guys. Little Gomi would hand Morrison his ass.

I dont think you know what you're talking about on this one man. First of all he isnt going to be fighting Chuck Liddell. Second, little Gomi couldnt trade with Nick Diaz let alone Morrison, and thirdly... Rampages jab wouldnt do **** to Morrison, a guy who has been in with Foreman and Lewis. Morrison is a washed up old shell and who cares, but if a boxer would learn to stop the takedown they would dominate just like Chuck Lidell, he is nowhere near the level of a boxer but he KO's everybody in MMA and avoids the ground game... why couldnt a fighter with better striking do the same?

Any top MMAer would crush Morrison like an ant, even the small guys like Hughes, fighting by their rules, which means takedowns and submissions, low kicks, elbows, etc., depending on which organization and which rules. Liddell could easily take Morrison down and submit him. He has pretty good ground skills, so he doesn't have to exhange standing up. Rampage, same thing. He's even better on the ground than Liddell. No contest. I think any of these guys would gladly fight Morrison and hand him his ass if they could make the big bucks.

Stopping a takedown from an elite wrestler is not an easy task. Liddell is pretty good at it because he wrestled division 1. It might look easy but that takes years of practice.
