I got Diaz in this bout. His workrate is unmatched in boxing right now.

Earl didn't get anywhere close to stopping katsidis, he was knocked off balance whilst coming in. Diaz's ko ratio is just as low as earls at 50%.

Katsidis was hurt by that punch but i think he was caught a bit cold, he recoverd well though.

a guy i know who knows katsidis says he wasnt happy about the knockdown as he let his mental guard down after earls corner through the towel in..

also if u watch the clip he didnt actually touchdown so it shouldnt have been a KD

he was hurt but it was a FLUSH shot as he was coming forward after throwing bombs for a round.

I agree,i think it had more to do with the towel being thrown in,he recovered well tho,the next round he pounded Earl

off balance? watch the replay the guy could barely stand up after that shot, he wobbled all the way to the corner.

they're throwing this kid katsidis around like hes friggin' fernando vargas or something, first guzman and now diaz??

gotta admire how the kids team believes in him, isn't he a bit young? either this kid is going to be HUGE and we in the US don't know about him yet, or they're REALLY looking for that first loss.

either way, i've called it before, diaz is a phenomenal champion w/ **** loads of heart that'll be on top of his game for a long time, UD diaz or late stoppage for him.

katsidis is a throw back. he'll fight n e one the kid is tough as ****. he's 26 or so, so you couldnt consider him too young. he's been trying to get to the US and make a splash for ages but they wouldnt let him in for years due to his being convicted of and serving time for an assault that he claims was self defence. the man's dream is to be a true champion and he's pursuing it.
                    boxing needs more of it.

                      apparently.

i look forward to a good showing from katsidis, you gotta love a guy who puts his balls on the line against the games best.

i'm hoping he gives a good account of himself when he fights on this stage.
