Morrison is a notorious hothead and took him seriously. Tommy once jumped a college student for staring at him. The kid recognized him from the Rocky movie and got pummelled,lol.

About 3 or 4 years ago I was channel surfing then lo and behold Shannon Briggs was there in the octogon! He was putting on his usual lazy performance which happened to be a very bad idea against a guy who was a good scrapper. It didn't take long before this guy grabbed Briggs behind the head pulled his head down and kneed him in the face. Only took one hit and Briggs dropped like a brick.

A couple of months ago I read an interview about Briggs talking about his mma experience. Apparently he prefers boxing because the Queensbury rules make it safer for guys who like to perform as poorly as he does.

Shannon Briggs is not listed in the roster of ufc fighters. I don't know who that guy was taking a knee to the face, but it must have been Shannon Briggs's long lost twin brother!
