Better character creation, this one sucks ass. The shortest heavyweight you can make is only 5'10 in height. I wanted to make little guys as heavyweights!!!
Things you want fixed in the next fighter night game.

The last one was awesome, the only thing they need to fix, majorly, is the size of the roster. There should be ten fighters in each weight class, they've already merged weight classes(jr., super), which should make it that much easier. -
Good topic
1)Floyd Mayweather werent in number 3
2) Take out those ****** haymakers
3) Less of the blood, not every fighter ends up looking like jake la motta and the end of a fight
4) Better scoring from the judges
5) the countering system is all wrong, when a fighter parries, there isnt a 5 second time window where-by he can hit the opponent with a 5 punch combo
6) More fighters
7) More than one belt in a divsion.
8) Proper Rankings
If your looking for pure technique, Victorious Boxers on ps2 is the best, fight night is the better game, but victorious boxers (apart from it being easy to ko people and the scoring is awful) is more accurate in terms of actual fighting.Comment

20 fighters in each weightclass, 10 current, 10 all-time? That'd be better.Comment

more boxers, more realistic, harder difficulty, f**k anaolog sticks.
I can KO 1 the computer every time with just combinations ending with left hooks on PS2.
I'm not buying PS3 or XBOX 360 until I can get games used for it like I do for PS2. I got fight night for 8$ or something.Comment

I think what the game needs is a larger roster of fighters. It would also be nice to be able to customize our own trunks and gloves i.e. put lettering on trunks.
I would also like to see the damage of haymakers reduced. Better training that actually developes a fighters skill. Also like in FN2 I would love to see my fighters physique become more affected by the types of training he does.
I would also like to see a better career mode. How about being able to buy things like Houses, Cars etc.
It would also be nice if you could upload your own entrance music in the 360 and PS3 versions.Comment

In round 3, I remember parrying a punch and there was a good chance I wasnt going to land my counter. ****in pissed me off. Punches were soooo slow compared to round 2. I understand for realistic sake but still.Good topic

Punches need to be thrown a little faster and there definately needs to be more fighters in each weightclass. I like the idea already mentioned, 10 current and 10 all time greats, that would make me buy it alone. I could also do without the joystick controls. It's not that I don't like them or can't use them, it's just too easy for me with the joysticks.
Throw a quick combo, say jab, straight right hand, left hook, and you can put a guy down like nothing. The controls need to be redone. I had a Mike Tyson created boxer and his record was 52-0 with 52 knockouts because of how simple the controls were.
Call me crazy but I'd like a long, tough fight that goes the distance instead of being able to TKO a guy in the first round.Comment
