Recently I witnessed Kelly Pavlik training and I have to be honest with you I was impressed with this guys punching power, however unimpressed with his feet. He needs to work on his foot speed instead of standing flat footed right in front of his opponent.
On another note, I saw Kelly working out doing push ups on a steel contraption called the Pectorqr, I believe Kelly had their logo on his trunks in his last fight? Has anyone else used this in their training routine and or have any feedback?
