Best of luck to both. I kind of prefer Sultan though cause I think he'll keep the belt active in fights whereas Briggs will waste time, avoid fighting with illnesses or face C level (and maybe British ;-) fighters.

And if Ibragimov becomes WBO champ, there's a chance of unification fights with Wlad or Chagaev. With Don King's fighter Shannon Briggs, such matchups are not going to happen.

I wanted to go to the local saloon that shows boxing. I just spoke to the manager. He said they are planning to show some MMA thing instead Saturday, but he said he'll find out if they can do the boxing instead or in addition, but he doubted it. He said that boxing was too expensive for them to put on in comparison with MMA and he said I was the first person who requested this fight. Freakin boxing is killing itself with all the corruption and overpriced PPV too.
