I think PAVLIK hits harder then MIRANDA

    Possible?

He's stopped guys that seem to have better chins, guys that have never been stopped. And they are legitamate BRUTAL knockouts.

Miranda stopped Eastman controversially, but the KO was more from his overwhelming of Eastman. I've seen bits and pieces of the Abraham fight but he never seemed really hurt. He did break his jaw though...

Obviously Miranda hits really hard, But is it possible that Pavlik can hit even harder?

I just rewatched Pavlik-Zertuche. Zertuche a guy that i believe had never been knocked down in his career. But that KO punch didnt even seem that hard. And it send Zertuche out cold.

    your thoughts?

Id also like to point out that Pavlik will step into the ring on may 19th with a large 4 inch height advantage, but with about the same reach as Miranda

The punch Pavlik landed 2 rounds before when he knocked Zertuche down was similar to a Lennox Lewis KD,it was a nice left jab and straight right,he does hit really hard, but i think Miranda might hit a little harder, and is like a pitbull once hes got u hurt

I'm looking forward to this fight, it's going to be exciting. When you have two offensive-minded hard punchers, it'll almost certainly end with a KO.

Well it is a toss up but you have to forget that eastman had never been ko'd or tko'd, either and his career had been alot longer than zertuche. i would say miranda has fought better opposition lately, But i think miranda is hungrier and wants to kill everything in his way to get to taylor. I hope merchant gets a chance to talk to him after the fight.

the post above mind, the one saying when you get to hard punches, offensive minded, you get a ko? well to the normal person it makes sense but in boxing the more possible logical explanation would be it would end in a decision. Just the way boxing goes, you never get what you expect. I however do hope it ends in a ko.

....I have a buddy who is on a ******** streak and he wants to know who I think he should take in this fight. I originally told him Miranda but I am having second thoughts.

Pavlik knocked out bums, while Miranda knocked out people who have names. This bets easy, go for Miranda.

Almost all of Miranda's fights and Pavlik's fights have ended with a knockout. It logically follows that this one will end the same way. I will bet 10,000 points with anyone that this fight will not go the distance.
