      Yeh its because of the Tarver knock out,i think the weight was the downfall for Jones,but regardless,he was one of the best

        Jones is the best fighter of this Generation just gone, by far, in his prime he was untouchable, there isnt one fighter in our era i would pick against jones from 160-175.

        And yes he probably was the most gifted athlete, the guy used to play basketball before world title fights, do all kinds of dances and shuffles in the ring, rap on the way to the ring.

              gifted and skilled yes most gifted "athlete" ever NO...most gifted athlete during his peak no/maybe... most gifted "Boxer" during "his" pride yes sir imho

                    Yea, he's probably the most athletic boxer of our generation, and probably the best too. He clearly beat a prime bernard hopkins and owned his division. The tarver fights late in his career dont hurt him much in my mind.
