True, he could have gotten one more shot off, and I will agree that abraham's flurries threw miranda off a bit(good learning experience for miranda), but trust me if a pro boxer doesnt want to get hit, he wont get hit. Look at arce vs ler. da proof is in da pudding.

Abraham's jaw was broke by a punch. Head butt or no head butt the fight should have been stopped.

"The police authorities in Wetzlar received a complaint - apparently a long time ago -from an anonymous person - in the crowd or watching on TV - in regards to Ulli Wegner, chief cornerman for IBF middle champ Arthur Abraham and professor Walter Wagner, chief physician, for risking Abraham´s health when they didn´t retire the champ after he had his jaw broken in two places with a bad bleeding as well in the fourth of his titledefence against Edison Miranda on September 23 of last year in Wetzlar. The complaint does strangely not include the only man who had the formal right to stop the fight: American referee Randy Neumann. There will be preliminary hearings on May 22. Abraham beat Miranda on points after a very controversial fight."

I bet Pantera2000 was the ***got that called the police and reported it when Miranda lost the fight.

HAHA YOU REALLY ARE A ***GOT PANTERA2000.

              Police accuse Abraham trainer!
              Saturday, May 12 2007

Ulli Wegner, trainer of IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham, has had to hire an attorney to defend against a police inquiry stemming from Abraham's boxing match with Edison Miranda eight months ago. According to BILD, Berlin authorities have initiated preliminary proceedings against Wegner because he didn't stop the fight after Abraham suffered a broken jaw in round four of that bout. "The whole thing is absurd," said Wegner who is preparing Abraham for his comeback fight on May 26 against unbeaten Sebastien Demers in Bamberg, Germany. "I always had the towel in my hand to intervene if it had been necessary." Abraham, who sustained a broken jaw in two places but retained his title by twelve round decision, stated that he is "unbelievably grateful" that Wegner didn't stop the fight. Wegner's attorney Adrian Stahl doesn't see the basis for the proceeding, commenting that 1) Abraham was in full possession of his mental faculties and capable of making his own decision and 2) Referee Randy Neumann was there to break off the fight if there was a worry about the health of the boxer.
Great news......That whole situation was a big crooked pile of ****.

Damn Googly... quit crying about this! Keep your fingers crossed that your Armenian lover recovers and is able to fight. Dont take it out on Miranda. All he did was come close to killing him, but it was Abraham's team fault. Quit your bitchin, it's pathletic!

Hey ***got what do I have to ***** about. YOur the one thats bitching about the decision. Im cool with the decision Abraham got.

                  Listen u ****sucker,

What was Miranda saying before he went into the ring to fight Abraham? You probably forgot all about it.

". I guarantee that I will not only win, but will knock him flat on his back. He will understand what I'm talking about in round one when my shots start landing."

And now hes bitching about the judges/refs decision.

With all due respect....if you really care about Arthur Abraham the man you should have wanted that fight stopped as well......Yes luckily he made it thru the rest of the way but he was one huge uppercut from being retired for good that night.Any trainer that really cares about his fighter would not send him back out in that condition especially when that fighter himself told the ref he did not want to continue......until he found out he would lose by TKO.

                      Hey Raeseed,

That is not the matter in hand now. What I am saying is that Miranda should just take the loss and prove otherwise in the rematch since before the fight he was saying that he would KO Abraham and wont let it go to the scorecard.

If he believes that he is truly a better boxer than Abraham, let him prove it to us.
