      i have no idea who would win the second fight, but i just want that this fight is as good as the first one.
      but in overall i think the odds are like 60-40 for marquez...something like that

          I'm going with Marquez once again but I'm not so sure about a stoppage.

            Marquez is a good example of a boxer puncher. He looked impressive against Vasquez in their first matchup, but Vasquez is tough and if it wasn't for his nose being so busted up he would have kept on. I felt before the fight ended Vasquez was gaining the momentum back. I can't wait for this one as it should be as exciting as the first

            Marquez's punches are crisp and straight and they pack a lot of power. I seen him winning by late round KO. Vasquez is tough, but I think Marquez is one of the best in the world.

                I'm mainly just happy this one's happening again soon, but I'll go with Marquez
                - odds are right at around 60-40.

                Marquez the more complete fighter, but has the slightly more vulnerable chin, & Vazquez is hell of puncher who can come on late.

                Could see Marquez winning a points decision after surviving some late scares;
                or dropping Vazquez before 8;
                or running into a Vazquez bomb out of nowhere & getting stopped;
                or Vazquez coming on late after being way behind & stopping Marquez with a late rally;

                - just a great fight to wait not too long for.

                Let's hear it for both these guys - this is what boxing is about, not the Mayweather vs De La Hoya sideshow.

                  I cannot wait for this fight.

                  The first fight was a war, expect even better things for the 2nd fight.

                  Rafael Marquez can punch and i think he'll win this 2nd fight by KO, but Vazquez NEVER gives up and he battle till the end so i have a problem with counting him out.

                  Ive heard time and time again that Marquez is gonna dominate the 2nd fight.

                  I disagree cause Vazquez was doing pretty well even when he couldnt breath. It definetly effected his game. Before he broke his nose he was doing very well and was winning that first round easy until his knees buckled.

                  I pick Marquez by comeback KO in the FOTY for 2007
                  if by never gives up you mean gave up in their first fight then ya, youve got a point.

                      This fight is actually being considered for August 4th! It should be another good fight.
