For sure, plus his defense has ****** in both fights against Mosely. Mayweather is to fast and athletic for him as was Sugar Shane. PBF probably wouldn't KO Vargas like Mosely did, but it would be an easy UD. Floyd would pick him off from the outside and Vargas would be confused all night about how to find Floyd.
