Joan Guzman pulled out of his fight for a Chance at Pacquiao?

From the rumors going on I think this could be true he might be holding out for that big money fight against pacquiao which could be in july or august.

It was a few weeks back, Arum said that Pacquiao next fight might be in november, due to Pac running for congress this coming may. July or august is too early.

While i like to see Pac rematch JMM or fight Guzman, the problems are Top Rank and Golden Boy. Valero might be the next possible opponent. I don't think Arum would match Soto against Pacquiao since he promotes both.

Arum was interviewed by manila bulletin yesterday and he said that among the many fighters lining up to fight pac, joan has the biggest chance because he is under sycuan promotion and oscar has very little part in promoting him but the pac will be available only late september because of his political commitment. There is another rumor going around mexico that marco is not connected with golden boy anymore and he wanted to fight pac. Arum said they will negotiate with team marco only if they can show a proof that they are not connected with golden boy anymore. Arum also said that he has a good relationship with akihito jhonda, valero's manager and if ever this two would fight, it would be held in macau. Arum always has soto as the lasy option because both pac and humberto are inder his promotion. But what about marquez you may ask. Arum said nacho is asking for too much money and that JMM has very little PPV follower lol!
