    My new GRANT gloves GORGEOUS

I got my 16 oz Grant training gloves in the other day and they are great and I just wanted to post some photos.

I noticed a few things though, first off the are very sleek compared to most other gloves I have used, I posted a profile view with my Fairtex gloves so you can see the difference. Both are the same oz. Second they are very hard, the padding looks the same as the Fairtex but more firm. And third they are heavy, it feels like I get more power from them for some reason, but my hands get tired quicker when sparring. Oh and lastly they have a strong smell of leather so if you like the smell of leather as I do you will enjoy. Sweat will not stay inside so they probally are not going to smell as bad as my other gloves a month down the road.

Sin City that was my decision to, Reyes or Grant. I went with the Grant gloves for three reasons, one because everything I have heard about them was good and from what I read they are the new Reyes gloves. Second Wlad Klitschko (my favorite boxer) uses them. And third I think they have a really unique look to them, for the 120-130 that Reyes and Grant gloves cost it is nice to see some diversity.

Oh and also if you do order I would order from the Grant website not Ringside, the people at the Grant website were very nice and they ship and process after hours.

For hitting the bag sparring I like winning gloves. Expensive though.

Pretty pair of gloves, but they're not gonna make you a better boxer...Oh yeah, and this thread belongs in the "training and nutrition" forum not here at non-stop boxing forum..
