he is going off working the mitts with both of them...so im guessing in general from what he felt on the mitts manny has more pop but oscars more denser and stiffer because of the weight he carries.

basically you dont really throw those kinda hooks oscar throws during a fight on the mitts . oscars power punch is from that fading hook which he throws almost like a bolo and he puts all his weight into it...you dont throw those kinda loaded up punches on mitts.
