What is up with Jerry Roth?

this guy is alway behind bad judging (specially the 12th round of fights). He was the ref for the Oscar-Tito fight and had Tito leading on the cards after 5 rounds then he gave Oscar the 12 round eventho Oscar moved around the whole round.

In Oscar-Floyd fight he had the last round to Floyd which i think was clearly won by Oscar and the other judges also agreed.

Yeah I noticed that, and had he scored it for Oscar, it would have made it 114-114, and an overall draw, giving Oscar back his title by default.
