Low top 10 until he gets beat or until he fights another P4P fighter.
Again...if the results of your poll are a general consensus that he is a top 10 P4P fighter, will you accept it, or will you discredit it?

He's either at the very back end of the top ten or just outside of it. I could understand him anywhere from 8-12, no higher and no lower.

Offically yes.
In my eyes, i think i can think of 10 more skilled fighters than Hatton if their attributes are not affected by weight.

You know i judge Pound 4 Pound by its true meaning.
The best fighters in the world when the attributes are not affected by weight.
Under this definition, im not sure Hatton is top 10.
