It doesnt suprise me Toney didnt make it. He is pretty underrated when it comes to all time lists. If he wouldnt have tested positive after the Ruiz fight it would be automatic.

Not really. Even as a big Toney fan I can understand it. Im not sure if he is top 50, top 100 for sure though. Like I said before, if he doesnt test positive for the Ruiz fight he probably makes that list. Four division champ, one of only three fighters to win the Middleweight and Heavyweight championship. It would have counted for a lot.
