In these times, where the world has to endure years of champions fighting grossly unworthy competition, you were always there to drag boxing up by it's glove laces and fight the best. Win, lose, or draw.....you came back with your shield...or on it. You werent the fastest, strongest, or most technically skilled fighter...but I am positive you couldn't care less. You had the one thing that has always seperates the good from the great. Heart.
Heart shows up when you win. Heart shows up when you lose. You cant buy it, train for it, steal or fake it. You had enough of it to share with the real boxing fans of the world. You were the heart of boxing.
