    Shut the **** up, morons.

Boxing isn't that popular of a sport anymore and Diego Corrales certainly isn't a big name.

No need to **** on ESPN just for that.
They deliver the news that appeals to the majority....

Journeyman pitcher Cory Lidle seemed to dominate the news for a few days after his reckless death. Granted, he was on my beloved Yankees at the time (even if only for a minute), but still - Corrales meant far more to boxing than Lidle did to baseball, or even to the Yankees.

It's not right. And ESPN can't use Corrales' incidents outside the ring as an excuse. Even in death, plenty of players had to bite their tongue in not referring to Lidle for what he was.

Pathetic. Forget boxing, Chico himself deserves better than just a brief news flash.

I agree, but boxing isn't a popular sport. Many great men / women die everyday, and it goes unnoticed to the world.

At least his legacy will live on to the people that care about the sport of boxing. Isn't that all that really matters?

Why do you care if it's plastered all over CNN or not?

Baseball is a popular sport, The Yankees is the most popular team in all of American sports, and flying a plane into a building (after 9/11) is going to get anyone news time....

He asked a question, and I gave an honest answer.

As tragic as it is, Corrales isn't exactly big news in the world of sports. In the world of boxing yes, but not sports.
Because you critisize instead of contribute and waste space on this board. You are a poor mans Dirt E Gomez. Not original the bitter condecending internet guy. Like I made a letter deticated to Corrales and asked for help editing and your response was a witty Your Really not Articulate. Excuse the **** out of me Tolstoy. Here hoping your eyeballs are poked out and you are skull****ed till you **** your pants. Articulate enough for you.
