    Gatti
    Corrales
    Morales
    Barrera

Can't think of too many other in that class. Pacquiao is sort of the next generation.

I dont think I ever saw a fighter take worse beating than Gatti. De La Hoya-Gatti was brutal. Gatti-Ward 1 - round 9 I thought Gatti was going to get killed.

The difference between Gatti and Corrales is that Corrales would come forward - no matter what, he'd take your best and then some, he'd never back peddle.

The main difference b/t Gatti and Corrales was that Corrales was a better fighter. Corrales had his brutal give-and-take wars with the elite, top fighters. Gatti did with solid contenders.

I am glad you see the difference and Gatti has quit in subtle ways like against Floyd, Manfredy and Baldi. He didn't complain lividly when stopped. Gatti is great but Corrales was world class. Imagine Gatti against Castillo not a good fighter like Ward. Could Gatti outbox Casa, doubtful. Not hating on Gatti cause I am a fan an not sounding like it at the moment. But the comparison is unfounded in my opinion.

Definitely a warrior with skills who still had great fights in him. I hope every boxing fan shows respect and stop the "Face of a coward" photoshopped pics that I have seen around here.

Corrales was this era's Matthew Saad Muhammad.

If you've seen Saad battling through the thickest crew in 175lb history, you'd know what kind of compliment that is.

Great example because I have seen him. Much better than the Gatti Comparison.
