Floyd Mayweather, Roger Mayweather, Freddie Roach, Emauel Steward, Joe Goosen, Enzo Calzaghe?
Anybody know any of these guys behind the scenes/see them train somebody in person or heard things about them?
I only get to hear what they say before a fight, during a fight, after a fight or in conversation with media.
I have to say, after learning how to speak "Mayweather", going back and reading a lot of interviews, watching fights with what one says, etc.,
Floyd Mayweather says some great stuff. Two quick examples are when Floyd was yelling to "little Floyd" during the Chico fight that Chico would be ready to go by round 8 or 9 and guess what, he was wrong, it was round 10
. Floyd Sr. was also telling Floyd how to fight Chico. Maybe Roger was saying the same thing, but I don't know, I am not able to speak Mayweather fluent just yet.
Anther time, and it might have been in his last fight, was when he told his fighter "When an aggressive fighter stops coming forward and starts moving back, he is finished" (something like that)...Or was that not him??? ****, have to lay of the drugs.
One more thing, the "Foundation" (which is the most important part) of Floyd Jr. was built by Sr.
If you look at who he trains, he does make great improvements with all of his fighters and that should speak volumes.
So, who you got, what do you know?
