Well what do you think? I can never remember Gatti been spoken about as being a P4P even back in the mid 90's during his hay day.

I know that KO Magazine, back when they used to offer their "Dynamite Dozen" P4P list (not sure if they still do as I haven't read them in years), Gatti managed as high as maybe #11 or 12. Never top 10, and it only lasted from Oct 97 (Gabe Ruelas) to Jan 98 (Manfredy)

He was probably top 15 after his last fight at 130. Not sure about top 10.
