    Rematch?

Should Oscar De La Hoya opt for a rematch against Floyd Mayweather Jr.? Why, or why not?

Personally I'm split down the middle. On the one hand I think if Oscar did opt for a rematch and stuck to the jab the way he did early on, he could upset Mayweather. On the other hand I don't think a rematch would in any way, live up to the hype of the first fight, or our expectations for that matter. Oscar could just end up gassing out in the later rounds and we could see a carbon copy of last night's fight.

Yeah, just to have it on Oscar's resume. It should already be there, he clearly gave Trinidad a boxing lesson for the first 8 rounds. And 8 round sto 4 means he won the fight, he got ****ed on that one. I'm pretty sure he'd do the same to Trinidad all over again, only this time closing strong.

No. It wasn't really an exciting fight. Oscar was, but not the opponent whose toes were facing backwards.

I'll only support a rematch if all the money goes to charity.
