Yeah but i expect hugh to be able to score a fight,

    you on the other hand.....

One min your telling me you cant see 115-113 for oscar,

Now your saying you cant see how floyd won,

    lol.

He won at least 8 out of those 12 rounds,

You dont get points for throwing more and landing less, almost getting dropped and being hurt during the fight,

In a rematch dlh would get beat even worse.

if Hatton would have taken the fight before, then this fight should have happened... but after the hoya win, i don't see a PBF-Hatton fight any time soon, or maybe never... just think about the only fight hatton had at 147, he had a hard time. Mayweather at 150 was quite comfortable and was still quick. But if this fight ever happens, PBF wins it easy.

As someone said on another thread about this fight...Hatton would get Gattized.
Find a tape of Mayweather/Gatti...that's how Hatton would look at the end of the fight.

Or as Burt Sugar once said...Mayweather vs Gatti?...Mayweather by Death.

hatton is leagues above gatti. Gatti has lost to every decent fighter he has faced. The main reason for the beating that gatti took was that he tried to out-box mayweather, which is quite simply one of the dumbest thing you can do against the guy, hatton would pressurize mayweather for every second of the fight. Don't get me wrong i think mayweather would win, but there is no way that he would annihalate hatton in the way some of you delusional haters are making out.

If people think that Hatton against Maywhether would be a repeat of the Gatti fight, then they are in for a big surprise. Hatton is very adept at using whatever tactics necessary to win and always grinding out a result. He is very difficult to hurt and nobody has shown any ability to get him close to a genuine stoppage yet.

I'd put money on him winning, though I know that he would quite rightly be the underdog.

Mayweather is a very good fighter, but a boring one as well. Hatton will give some trouble. I think it will bea fight where Mayweather will win, but one where he will be badly brusied. Look what De la Hoya did to his eye. Hatton will do worse.

                  You would lose that money,

He doesnt fient, doesnt have the nesscary power to the head to worry a guy like Mayweather, mayweather stood and delivered with dlh who weighed close to 160, mayweather weighted 148 and still took his shots.

Hatton's defense, particulary in defending a right hand lead is shocking,

I dont think he would see the left hook lead either,

Its not a simple as him just walking up to PBF and backing him up, to back up floyd up you gotta do what oscar did so well, use a jab, fient the left and then fire the right, come in side to side,

Hatton does none of those things.

There are few absolutes in predicting boxing contests. Only the fight itself can prove you right or wrong.

oh of course, anyone can win on an given night, i have already said floyd could break his hands badly,

Thing is, from what we have seen of both of them, it wouldnt be wise to put any money on hatton,

Unless your one of those guys who likes going for the underdog,

Take away nationality and nostalgia, and PBF should win the fight clearly.
