Who has the best chance to beat Mayweather?

Of everyone out there I thought it would have been Dela Hoya last night.
Now,I think this guy go on a while longer, until father Time catches up with him.Looking at the logical contenders to beat him,I can't see any of them doing it.

    Best chance...Sugar Shane,perhaps because he's a lot like Oscar,big with a little more hand-speed.

Slim chance,Cotto and Felix Trinidad.I'm mentioning Felix just as a stretch...in case he were to comeback and beat Oscar.
Cotto...we will know more after the Zab fight.

No chance,Rickey Hatton...Mayweather beats him pretty easy.Mayweather is bigger, faster and would slice and dice him.

    Who else is out there?

Hatton at his best beats anybody put in front of him at 140lbs.

I just fear his best is long gone.

Hatton doesn't have a good enough jab to beat Floyd. At 140, Floyd by wide UD, possible stoppage.

Hatton has a very good jab. But it's his lateral movement that will keep him close.

I must admit,I have never seen Hatton at his best.
I saw the Kosta fight, and I have seen the Collaz and Urago fights...and was not overly impressed. At least not enough to think that Hatton/Mayweather would be a good fight...at least not for Hatton.

I dont know if Mosley could beat Floyd,i think Floyd would take a UD,when Mosley was fighting Collazo he boxed excellent at first then got a bit tired and clinched a bit for 3 rounds,i think it would be similar to the Oscar fight,Floyd wins 6 rounds,Shane wins four, gets a bit tired at round 10,then Floyd takes the next rounds to earn a UD

I think pressure wise,Miguel Cotto has a chance, doubt he would win tho,Mayweather would box circles around him

He's had terrible problems with his hips which means Americans who didn't know him before Tszyu haven't seen his lateral movement.. he'd need it against Mayweather (badly). THIS is why Hatton has turned down Mayweather offers in the last few years, he can't have Mayweather until his last fight to stand a chance of winning. This is also why he's been fighting every six months..

(he came close to hanging up the gloves in '04 because of this hip problem)

Trust me Hatton at his best, he's the one guy who could step around and not allow Mayweather room.
