Frank Warren and Lou DiBella are both saying they're in discussions for a Joe Calzaghe vs. Jermain Taylor fight on September 22 in Britain.

I hope this happens, this would be a good fight, I think Taylor can survive Calzaghe's akward style to get a close decison, but it won't be easy.

Taylor need to fight the winner of Pavlik/Miranda first and Calzaghe needs to fight Kessler. If they win those fights then I would like to them fight.

One reason why this fight may happen is that Taylor will make a lot more money than if he fights Pavlik or Miranda. I think Calzaghe prefers to fight Taylor over Kessler because it's a better win to establish himself as an all-time great, and he says he will only fight 2 or 3 more times before he retires.

jermaine taylor does need to fight edison miranda first or pavlik if he wins which i think he won't... then he should fight calzaghe, he'll win that fight too
