did the fight live up to the hype?

after the heavy build-up, did the fight live up to all the hype? did this fight do as most people said it would do, "put boxing back in the spotlight?"

No it didn't but i didn't expect it to.

Floyd is fighting a couple of divisions too high and he needs to be wary of the bigger fighters power. It's a credit to his boxing skills that he has still been able to win. Oscar's best days are behind him but he gave it all he had.

In all - a good fight but certainly not a great one IMO.

no and to everybody that paid to see this fight, well the casual fans I cant see them doing that again. which means less money and less folks wanting to do it.

Well we were so anxious to see this fight, that when watching the fight, it did live up to the hype. But watching it afterwards, i got some doubts about it.
