I felt Floyd clearly won as well. Even though his shots were not powerful they connected none the less. Oscar pressed the action, but didn't land much. He won but I agree it wasn't impressive. He didn't hurt Oscar and there was rounds where he didn't let his hands go and DLH won just based on action.

And as much as i have lauded and loved oscar over the years, anyone who can move and get out of his way has a shot at beating him, period. Against whitaker he did the same ****, throwing flurries etc, not really landing big, but trying to look busy, while Whitaker tagged his ass repeadedly but still got the loss in a close fight. Mind you whitaker was ****ing way past it.
Im reposting this to the boxing experts who think "prime dlh" would have made a ****ing difference, chances are the fight would have been worse.

the only thing confirmed for me watching this fight is that PNF is NOT an all time great.... SRL and hearns would have murdered his, pot shotting, one punch at a time ass....

DLH was a great name but he has lost to Mosely twice anyway when DLH was at his best.
What else is new? Hugh Grant spewing his opinion on a fight he didn't see.

Yes, he did beat Oscar convincingly.

Outlanded Oscar by about 90+ punches.

and outlanded Oscar in the power punch category by about 60-70 punches.

Now before you make yourself look ****** again, do us all a favor and shut up, UNTIL you actually watch it. Thanks.

That's nice, SRL and Hearns were much, much, much, much, much bigger than Floyd.

So I really don't see your point?

People like to talk about floys amazing stamina, you could see he was breathless and he doesn't throw an amazing amount of punches, he threw as low as around 35 punches a round?

both of them fought at 147, so thats the same weight.....

not to mention they started careers at 135-140..... the only difference is in height, which oscar also had on floyd and you saw how insignificant that was

                      And here's the difference, moron.

Mayweather is a natural Lightweight, and was a blown up Welterweight at the end of his career.

Leonard is a natural Welterweight and was a blown up Light Heavyweight at the end of his career.

Do I really need to explain myself further?

Like I said, both Leonard and Hearns were MUCH bigger men.
