I'm willing to stay up til this time tomorrow night rubbing it in but I don't think those haters will ever show up here again, which is pretty much why I don't even care anymore. The real man won, the real man is on top, and he has etched his name in boxing history.

Its almost disgraceful what he's doing.

If he beat everyone and was considered a top 10 great, then sure he could leave now, but if he does decide to leave now he isnt even in the conversation.

Maybe talent wise,, but you gotta have the record to prove it and he is nowhere close to that point.

Cotto, Hatton, Williams, Mosley, 3/4 of those guys are unbeaten. All superfights that will gain mainstream attention, and all fights that can crack that top 10 all time list.

I couldn't agree anymore. Skill wise he is the best, but the resume lacks greatness. He beat DLH, but didn't really beat his ass like he said he would. Floyd got mad fights left in him. He just wants to retire now and that's it..

Floyd did the damn thing and Oscar didn't do ****. Bottom line. 116-112 is too ****in' close for what happened. Oscar should be taken out back and shot like a lame horse for saying he thought he won that fight.

You can cheer for Oscar all you want. He is a terrific person and he is the good guy after all. I ****in cheered for him, I'll admit it. But if you refuse to acknowledge that this Mayweather kid is right up there with the best of all time, you are ****ing full of ****.

Ive been sayin that Mayweather made me a fan, he is a much better fighter than I ever really gave him credit for and has a funny personality, but there was NO ass whoopin goin on. Squeekin by a decision by two rounds isnt whoopin someones ass. Tito whooped Joppys ass, Floyd whoop Gattis ass. He had a close fight with Oscar that Oscar let slip away.

Skill-wise yes, but think about it. Wouldn't you wanna see Floyd fight, Hatton,Margarito,Paul Williams,Cotto, Mosley... many more.. There are some other great fights that can be made. His resume lacks greatness IMO.

ahhh I am just gonna sit back and watch floyd fans make complete asses out of themselves like their so called hero, who couldnt box his way out of a paper bag, running ass sissy. Go ahead let them have their own little celebrations, they all know who was the better man and the better fighter, Floyd won the fight the same way Bush won the elections

And the floyd fans all say hes one of the best of all time, bull ****in ****. That record means nothing, closely look at WHO he fought, numbers arent nothin unless you fight someone that matters

I'm loving this moment. One of my favorite nights as a boxing fan right behind Corrales knocking out Castillo. This is too good to be true for me. The split decision added some drama, but nobody even gave Oscar 5 rounds. No way in hellllllllllllllll. Mayweather reigns supreme.

First of all, id like to make it clear, i have yet too see this fight,

I listened to it live, and BBC are pretty reliable, but i dont know the full facts,

Here's is my opinion based on what i heard last night.

                      This was attempted robbery,

                      Mayweather CLEARLY won the fight,

                      Mayweather hurt him real bad,

Mayweather did not run, he smacked the **** into de la hoya from rounds 9 onwards

                      BBC had it 117-111 PBF,

                      Tell me something,

How does that judge have it 115-113 DLH?

                      Disgraceful,

the message is loud and clear, if PBF comes back (i dont think he will), they will take his 0.

A guy who weighted 148 pounds on fite night dominated a guy weighing over 154 pounds.

In a rematch, Mayweather will stop him.
