This is when it starts to get offensive when the ballswinging Floydamaniacs come out to disparage the opinions of everyone else. You know what, some people including one judge, scored he fight for Oscar. So did I with at least two very contentious rounds. I gave credit to De La Hoya for his effectiveness in the few punches he did land, where others may give credit for Mayweather's one and two punch counters. I have credit to Oscar's pressing the fight and dictateing the pace where some gave credit for Mayweather's defense. Crucially I gave credit to both fighters. This was a close fight, and it's an injustice to both Mayweather and De La Hoya to suggest otherwise, regardless of who you think won. I can't see how anyone could have not considered this a close fight, unless they were consciously pulling for one or the other.

To automatically accuse anyone who doesn't agree with your summary of the fight of nuthugging the other guy is pretty rum.

whatever helps you sleep at night, moron. fight wasn't close, Mayweather landed the better punches and did more damage, landed waaaaaaay more, and controlled the pace of the fight. he lost 4 rounds tops. that is not a close fight.
