Let me tell you something, if Oscar was the one who controlled the pace of this fight, there would of been a HELL OF A LOT MORE PUNCHES THROWN.

This was a textbook example of how to control the pace of a fight by Floyd.

If you disagree with that, you my friend know **** about boxing.
if running most of the time is your definition of controlling a fight, so be it... oscar forced the issue as well, he made floyd back up and was on the ropes a lot of times... running = controlling the fight? now i get it...

it's not really hating PBF bro, I am a fan too... it is a fact that that is PBF's style of boxing but seriously, he didn't do enough to win the fight... while accuracy plays a big role in a fight, aggresive counts as well, and i'd say floyd didn't enough of that...

Its called effective aggression. DLH pressed the issue in spots and spurts but even when he did do this he was not succesful. DLH also got rocked by a counter right during one of his flashy but noneffective flurries. You also forget that between this occasional flurries PBF was eating DLH's lunch in the middle of the ring for 2:15 seconds out of every round.

I know what your saying but I just didn't see DLH being affective when he rushed and flurried. He was effect with it for a couple of rounds when his aggression was for longer spurts and consistent. But his flurries got spottier and spottier and they just didn't do anything when they did happen.

I want everybody who thinks ODLH who won to read that particular sentence 500 times so you hopefuly understand it.

Aggression alone isn't enough to win fights... and it wasn't even true aggression. Being the one walking forward doesn't mean you're being overly aggressive... just the person who's willing to take the jabs to the face all night.

Man be honest the reason you say Oscar won the fight is because you want Pac to be P4P #1.

BTW running is what Oscar did against Tito in the last 3 rounds, running is what Morrade Hakkar did against Hopkins, know the difference between running and defense.

effective aggression, nice way to put it... maybe in the later rounds... but not the entire fight... every floyd opponent looks silly when they attack him because they tend to miss a lot... oscar missed a lot too, but he was landing some as well... somebody mentioned pac anyway so ill use him as an example... low accuracy does not always mean bad boxing... it is just called aggression... dela hoya did that tonight...

Floyd won though frankly I thought he'd win easier than he did. Oscar simply didn't do enough, i got some flashbacks of Tarver vs Roy 1 a few times.
