You all know my position on this fight.

Mayweather would easily and I mean easily beat Margarito. It would be so easy that everyone who picks Margarito to win would discredit a Mayweather victory afterwards.

I truly don't do that. mayweather clearly won that fight in my eyes. but, i feel like he struggled under pressure which de la hoya was limited at. Margarito can throw 1000 plus a fight. realize pbf can't stopor hurt him and he will never stop the pressure despite mayweather's precision.

Are you kidding me? If DLH couldn't match up with Floyd's speed either could Margarito. Margarito is too slow and predictable. It wouldn't even be close Floyd by easy UD. Maybe even shutout.

I respect your opinion and know that Margarito comes with a lot of pressure and power, but did you see tonight when DLH tried to apply that pressure. He would get him up against the ropes or corner and Floyd would either back out or slip punches and then block the body shots with his elbows or arms. I could see Margarito applying pressure, but not doing much with it. Then when the fight is in the middle of the ring it would be all Floyd. I know Margarito is a pressure and exciting fighter, but thats not going to work against Floyd. IMO you have to match him in the speed category to have a chance and Margarito doesn't.

I actually change my stance on this.

I used to think Margarito's pressure would push Floyd to the brink and over.
But it's not the pressure that will defeat him. It's a ****ing jab.

Everytime Oscar threw that ****ING jab, Floyd hopped back like it was a power shot. At 154, Give me a guy with a jab and a flurry (and one who doesn't ****ing pack it in after 9 rounds) and you got Floyd. Only problem is I don't know who.
