Over the past 5 or 6 years many of DLH has not been performing all that well consequently many of his fights have been a struggle. Mayweather, on the other hand, has been performing at a high level consistently. All Mayweather has to do to win this fight is do what he usually does, counterpunch. How did DLH perform the last time he faced a counterpuncher? BAD! It was Felix Sturm and it took a gift decision for DLH to win the fight. I don't see the judges being so generous this time. The only way I see Mayweather losing is if he blows it.
