I've noticed in prior Mayweather fights though that referees pretty much universally don't let his opponents fight physical with him or impose their size.

None really.. But I was watching Mitch Halpern the other night and I felt ****ed up that he did himself like that.. I appreciated his work.

His pain was highly evident and difficult to look at..

That's because they can't......................................... without fouling.

There's a difference between imposing your weight and size advantage and just plain fouls. See Castillo.

I like Cortez myself. Also think Richard Steele has become pretty good.
