it showed him working out with weights quite a bit in 24/7. This usually slows fighters down and decreases their flexibility, two assets he will need to count on tomorrow

Actually, it can hurt your flexibility as well, and frankly, I doubt that he was going light, since he bulked up so much. Light weight and many reps won't make you bigger.
On the other hand, I think Floyd got a great team of trainers and they kno what they doing.

Toe to toe war. Benn's chin eventually lets him down.
              Monzon TKO Benn 11.

                Actually....I take that back.

Monzon had a durable chin, but no way in hell could it be as strong as McClellan's...no ****ing way in hell.

Every time u go up in weight it doesnt slow u down. Look at bhop he looked great (its gaining weight smart). Im sorry but u dont throw 8000 punches in a session of training and at the speed Mayweather did and then get tired. Watch 24/7 yes its just training but Mayweather looks in peak form. As does DLH but thats a different matter.

good point. Hopkins looked exactly the same... he had the same speed but just more power....
hopefully it's the same for Mayweather

If its true that floyd weighed in today at 150 pounds, thats a very smart move, he looks very built for 150 also, bascially if this is true, hes coming into this with Welterweight speed lol.
