This is predicted to be maybe the best selling boxing event of all time. You figure they would take this chance to put on a great undercard, possibly showcasing future stars. But no, we get a Juarez fight instead. Did Golden Boy drop the ball here?

i absolutely agree. to me, the whole event is ****ed up because of the lack of big name fighters and interesting match ups. well, for me at least.

and you know what, $55 is way too ****ing much for any kind of ppv event! i'm not sure if i have ever heard of a boxing ppv event priced at more than $50 until now.

**** this, i am not ordering this ****!!!!

if Bautista and Juarez knock out their opponents spectacularly, fans will be interested.

          LOL

how could anybody possibly turn down the oppurtunity of watching this fight happen live.

If 55 bucks is to much, get a few friends involved. If the dont like boxing, tell them it'll be the greatest fight ever

Yeah well they are going to generate a lot of money so its probably a case of Oscar being a greedy bastard. And Bautista is exciting and will probably be a popular fighter, but I still dont think thats good enough.

i have people who want to go in on it. i am just thinking my $15 to $20 could be spent a better way.

i want to watch the fight, but that is the only fight that has my interest. not to say that the other fights may not turn out to be good, but what if they are not. i mean, let's say i drop $20 to go 'in' on this ppv. i would actually feel a bit angry if all i got was one entertaining fight.

and, what is garaunteeing the dlh/pbf fight to be a classic? floyd might just outbox dlh the whole fight. maybe oscar is too slow to catch him. maybe dlh ko's floyd in round 2. then i would feel robbed of my cash.

for all we know, this could turn into a boring match of countering and posing.

i'd like to be more optomistic, but for some reason i just can't be.

i don't think it's enough either. $55 and there is only one title fight. i've bought $40 ppv cards with more title fights.

i've seen more title fights on televised non ppv cards.

are we really getting our money's worth? it's hard to see how.

Sounds more like you're broke or that j must stand for you being a joke. The main event is worth $55 by itself. How could any real boxing fan miss seeing this fight live?

I feel they dropped the ball as well. There was on article on here or ESPN that talked about that as well. I want to see Rey Bautista, but they could have also added another rising star. With all the people watching they could have showcased more talent and show people that there is more to the sport than just Oscar and Floyd. I agree as well they should have moved up the Taylor/Spinks fight and kept this high for boxing going.
