Will Jaun Diaz' Mexican Style Be Tailor made for the Pacman?

vote and discuss. For me, I think his Mexican style will be tailor made for Pac because Pac always slaughters doos who have no head movements and are willing to trade shots. Diaz style is like that and so is all of Pac's past elite opponents and we all saw the outcome.

I don't feel like typing a lot, but to answer your question, yes he CAN beat Pacquiao with his style.

The thing that is interesting about this matchup is both fighter's stamina. Pacquiao is so relentless that even if he's not landing all of his shots flush he wears his opponents down. Diaz is well conditioned and doesn't have the old legs of someone like Erik Morales.

That being said i'd still favor Pacman. Juan's style of going nose to nose doesn't bode well for him here IMO. I think he needs to take some on some more quality fighters before thinking about a match with Manny.

man Diaz would eat alot of pumnches if this fight happens. I can't imagine what Diaz' face would look like after fighting Pac. Pacquiao made Morales face look like Ring 3 actor audition in their 2nd fight.

diaz would win this fight easier than most people think.. his jab crazy accurate.. if pac cant make adjustments hell have tons of trouble.. hes a better boxer than pac will ever be. but pac has faster hands..

Diaz wants pacman right now. Why not give him pacman then... I want to see, how diaz's responds when pacman knocks diaz on the canvas. Oh, and soon enough you're going to have alot of Mexicans voting against pacman. Mexicans are still upset that pacman destroyed like all of mexican fighters out there. And if Marquez wants to leave a legacy behind him, he'll be smart if he doesn't take a rematch with pacman.

Diaz is one tough mother, but Diaz's lack of head movement and standing toe to toe would favor Pac. Diaz blocked a lot of shots against Freitas, but he stood in front of him the whole fight and eventually some were gonna connect. You could tell his face was all bruised. Opponents that compete or beat Pac have good head movement and good boxing skills. JMM in their first fight had no head movement at all in the first round and he paid for it, but a couple of rounds later he started to move his head a little more and mad Pac pay. Even then it's still hard to beat Pac. I would love to see him fight Diaz becuase it would be action packed with Diaz's constant pressure and not backing off. In the end though he would take too many punches and Manny would KO him in the late rounds.

Stylisticly its a good matchup for Pac but physically its too much for him. Diaz is too big, too well conditioned and too high a work rate.
