I'm sorry but you guys are a bunch of chumps. Why even come to a boxing forum and appear to be boxing fans if you all act like a bunch of girl scouts saving for a trip to Mars or something. Its just 55 bucks a tank of gas my geez!
And I here so many so called fans saying oh the fight may be boring or tactical. Or Floyd will win easily. Bull**** nobody knows. You don't hear diehard NFL or Football fans skipping out on the Superbowl, because the game may be boring. The event itself is worth the price of admission.

I wish I could seriously ban you so called boxing fans from anything related to boxing if you do not watch this fight live (other than that guy from overseas thats understandable). But the rest of you are pound for pound chumps. If boxing can't count on the average BOXING fan to order or watch the fight for arguable the biggest fight in recent memory. Who can they count on?
Then on the flip side you same girl scouts cry about promoters and fighters not putting up the biggest or best fights. Yet we have the biggest fight coming up and all I hear is excuses.
Props to the real fans who will watching it live somewhere somehow!!!!

I for one won't be ordering this fight. Yes!! it's only 55 bucks but I really feel all the hype is strictly media driven and in reality this fight is pretty easy to figure out. It will be BORING!! Mayweather will do his typical run and gun and should go on to win a unamious decision. Dela Hoya who I really like is a better promoter than he is a fighter now, this fight would have been better if the Dela Hoya of 5-6 years ago was fighting. He'll lose a decision and will claim that Mayweather didn't really come to fight but ran all night until Dela Hoya runs out of gas in thye 8th or 9th round (which will be true) he'll take his millions and go on with his life maybe promoting Mayweather vs Sugar Shane next. Remember it's not about boxing it's about money!!!!!

I am working on a weekend away, good news the hotel room has sky tv!! Bad news is i have to share a room with a senior colleague who I barely know although pretty sure he has never even heard of de la hoya. Dont think I'd get away with tuning in at 4am uk time. Gutted!

I don't have HBO and even if I did $54.95 is really steep. If I can go somewhere that has it I would but I defenitely won't buy it. No way in hell. There was a time when good boxing was free. I never lived in that time but I heard it was pretty good.
