    I spoke with Mike Anchondo

The day after the fight with Jiminez. He has a hairline fracture in his jaw, but seemed to be comforted by the pain killers they prescribed him lol. He's in high spirits and is positive, which is most important.

The thing that is most upsetting is that until a week before the fight, he had no idea who Jiminez was. I asked him about his opponent before the fight, and he pretty much said that he was just gonna train for a guy with a 20-2 record. He didn't have a tape or nothing.

Finally a week before the week, a friend and I were able to get him a tape of Jiminez's second loss, and I was like "Oh". Jiminez was real, and Jerson Ravelo and Gato Figueroa had told me this guy was a beast. I was beside myself at the talent this Jiminez guy had.

Anyways, what's done is done and Mike is taking it in stride. I'm gonna see him probably next week when he comes down here to Florida.

He got his ass beat. What about that bs with the bell? The guy rang the bell a minute early, and then the ringer lied and said no he didn't like he didn't know what they were talking about... Crooked ****

he should go into baseball or something cause he absolutey crumpled literally twice. Why was in Fight Night????? they could have put a more deserving fighter in instead of him.

I had never seen Jimenez either. If he was indeed a "beast" and people in the industry knew it, you have to think his management dropped the ball on this one.

Sounds like Anchondo took Jiminez lightly and payed for it. Hopefully he will be back soon and learn from his mistake.

I knew Mike wasn't ready for the step up yet after the loss, and the second I saw the tape I was like "Someone isn't doing their job."
