    Yes and No.
    The prime and skill makes it yeah, but the weight and size kinda kills that argument.

          I think hes gonna come in heavy as **** on fight night. Hes had problems losing weight and @ the 7-day safety weigh in he need to lose a little less than half of what he had to lose 30 days ago @ that weigh in. Its a problem.

            Hopefully he wont come in so heavy that it hurts his speed.
