seriously i don't want larry to leave he has been great for boxing,
at least if he is levaing sooner than expected we are gonna see him
for dlh vs pbf which im sure all the rest of the fights are just not
going to be the same without larry, he kills it sometimes but hands-down
he deserves to be treated with a little of respect from HBO,
HBO should just reknew his contract, Larry is great for boxingComment

Max was not at his best on Saturday, I could careless who is the HBO commentator, I watch the fights becuase I'm a boxing fan, I don't watch the fights for Merchant, Max or Lampley.
Sometimes I just listen to some nice relaxing classical music when I'm watching boxing, these commentator's sure don't help when I'm trying to score a fight, all of them are bunch of biased nut-huggers just like every other fan.Comment

Larry makes me laugh with his calls. He's got balls to ask questions no one else will ask. And his experience will be missed. I love it when Larry starts recalling fights from the 60's etc.Comment

I really don't think Max is the best. I think he's a poor replacement for Larry and I'd really miss what Merchant brings to the action if all we have standing in for that is Max. He seems to try to hard without having a natural, smooth flow to his commentating. His eyes are gigantic and he is always trying to show off his knowledge of past boxers in inept ways.Comment
